We commissioned Natalie to make a very long pair of curtains (4.5 metres!). They were for a window with very awkward access, needing an extendable ladder to reach the position for the pole. Natalie was very flexible to work with, as she was prepared to do as few or as many of the accompanying tasks (sourcing the material and a specially strong pole, erecting the pole, hanging the curtains etc) as we wanted. Her advice in the planning stages was very helpful, and the curtains were beautifully made and have been much admired. We subsequently asked her to do a smaller job which we had been putting off for months, and this too was quickly and accurately done.
